Infrastructure
Technopark has a total built-up space of about 1.5 million sq. ft, which is spread over 9 imposing structures besides the majestic Park Centre and ancillary support facilities. More than 150 acres of land will be available soon, 30 acres of land at immediate disposal for  development.

Multiple options are available for Internet Connectivity to the companies in Technopark. An optical fibre cable with redundancies at all levels is being placed in the park. Multiple earth stations are also present. The major Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are Reliance Infocomm, STPI, BSNL,Bharti and VSNL. Bandwidth nearing STM levels of 132 MBPS is available, as per company requirements. Bharti Telecom will also begin operations shortly.  

Technopark maintains its own internal power distribution system. Reliable power is ensured through a 110 KV, 30 MVA dedicated power station with two feeders from the power grids and distributed through 11 KV substations in the campus. Diesel generator sets are available in all the buildings for backup.

The Thiruvananthapuram International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the Technopark Campus. The airport has direct connections to the Middle-East, Singapore, Colombo and Maldives.
